I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although small and lacking air conditioning, had comfortable beds and a good-quality bathroom. The location was excellent for exploring the city, being within walking distance of the cathedral and shopping area. However, the dining options were basic and overpriced.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were sparkling clean but felt unwelcoming and cold on the first night. On the bright side, the service was incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing a small bag of snacks. The location was brilliant for exploring the town, although it lacked a no smoking area. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

I stepped into a very nice room with the TV playing in the background, creating a cozy atmosphere that I had to pause first. The room was a bit small but incredibly clean and comfortable, boasting a spacious and very clean large bathroom. The hotel offers excellent service, especially in organizing the restricted breakfast places during busy times. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is light and airy, although not frequently used for dinner due to its proximity to the inner city. Perfect for exploring the city, being very convenient to the train station, shopping areas, downtown, major tourist attractions, and trams. The dining experience, like the Radisson, was varied, excellent, and offered a nice table view to watch the world go by. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. On the downside, the hotel's typical seventies style might not appeal to everyone, and parking is either on the street or in the underground garage of a nearby business building.

Upon entering my very nice room with the TV playing, I found it to be comfortable, clean, and quiet. While I had to adjust the sound level first, the room was lovely overall. The service, especially from Sophie at the restaurant, was excellent as they organized the restricted breakfast places efficiently. The location is excellent, just across the central train station, making it very convenient for exploring. The dining, while not adding to the hotel's value, offered some home-made pies and jams. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor improvements needed in certain areas.
